HGL Selected by USACE Omaha District as Awardee on $240M Unrestricted MATOC for Environmental Remediation Services

On November 1, 2021, HGL received notification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District that it was an awardee on a $240 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the USACE Northwestern Division (NWD) and its existing customers. Contract capacity may be shared with other USACE districts within the Continental United States.

Under the contract HGL will be providing services related to the requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act, and related federal programs, including the Military Munitions Response Program. Remedial actions can address both regulated and non-regulated toxic substances. In addition, incidental/minor construction activities can be conducted when they are in direct support of specific activities. The contract has a 5-year period of performance. HGL is pleased to have this opportunity to provide environmental remediation services in support of the USACE NWD.
