HGL QUALIFIES FOR ALL THREE CLINS OF THE EPA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AND OPERATIONS (ESO) $850 MILLION SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE CONTRACT
News Flash – HGL Qualifies for All Three CLINs of the EPA Environmental Services and Operations (ESO) $850 Million Contract
In March 2018, HGL was requested by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to respond to interrogatories for a Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) Environmental Services and Operations (ESO) Contract in all three geographic zones (CLINs) encompassing all 10 EPA regions nationwide. The scope of the ESO contract includes Field Work and Analytical Support; EPA-lead Remedy Operations including Long-Term Remedial Action; Assessment/Inspections; Oversight or Oversight Support; EPA Lead Remedial Action or Removal Action; and Other Technical Assistance at Superfund sites for EPA Headquarters and all regional offices. A final contract covering nationwide capacity is expected to be in place before the end of the year. This contract has period of performance of 10 years (5-year base and one 5-year option) and a total capacity of $850 million.
EPA is still evaluating HGL’s proposals for all three CLINs of the $1.57 Billion Remediation Environmental Services (RES) Contract. Given the hard work of our talented and dedicated employees, HGL’s management team is optimistic that more good news will be forthcoming from EPA by year end.
