HGL IS AWARDEE ON USACE KANSAS CITY $60M ERS IDIQ MATOC

On July 22, 2022, HGL received notification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District, that it has been selected as an awardee on a $60 million small business indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) has a 3-year base ordering period plus two option years.

The contract will allow HGL to provide a wide range of environmental services such as field investigations, remedial and removal actions, long-term response actions or long-term monitoring, and the excavation, transportation, and disposal of hazardous, toxic, or radiological waste at sites within the USACE Northwestern Division and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2.

Activities will include those mandated by the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP), the Department of Defense (DOD) Environmental Quality Program, the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program, and other programs managed by the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government departments and agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

HGL has been supporting the environmental mission of the USACE, Kansas City District since 1994 and is excited for this opportunity to continue and expand that support.
