Environmental Planning Services & Documentation — SIN 899-1

Services to include, but not limited to: Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements under the National Environmental Policy Act; Endangered Species, Wetlands, Watersheds and other Natural Resource Management plans; Archeological and/or Cultural Resource Management Plans; Environmental Program Management and Environmental Regulation Development; Economic, Technical, and/or Risk Analysis; and, other Environmentally Related Studies and/or Consultations. Homeland Security services include:  Vulnerability Assessments, Biochemical Protection, Identification of Threats and Protective Measures to mitigate the threats and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design surveys.

Waste Management Services —  SIN 899-4

Contractors shall provide operational service, advice, or guidance in support of agencies’ Waste Management Services. Examples include, but are not limited to: Data Collection, Feasibility or Risk Analysis; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act/Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act Site Investigation; Hazard and/or Non-Hazardous Exposure Assessments; Waste Characterization and Source Reduction Studies; Review and Recommendation of Waste Tracking or Handling Systems; Waste Management Plans and/or Surveys; Waste Minimization/Pollution Prevention Initiatives; Review of Technologies and Processes Impacting Waste Management; Management, Furnishing or Inventory of Material Safety Data via CD, Internet, Facsimile, Mail, or other Media; Development of Emergency Response Plans.

Geographic Information Services (GIS) — SIN 899-7

Provide services, advice, or guidance in support of agencies' environmental programs utilizing GIS. Services to include, but not limited to: Mapping and Cartography; Natural Resource Planning; Migration Pattern Analysis; Pollution Analysis; Site Selection; and Emergency Preparedness Planning. Provide services to support Geologic Logs, Topographic Data, 3D/4D Interactive Visualization Packages, and Data Interpretation.

Remediation Services — SIN 899-8

Remediation Services to include, but not limited to: Hazardous Waste* Excavation, Removal, Laboratory Testing, Transportation, Storage, Treatment, and/or Disposal.  Additional services include:  Site Characterization; Field Investigation; Conservation Studies; Site Closures; Wetland Restoration; Emergency Response Actions; Underground Storage Tank/Above-Ground Storage Tank Removal; Air Monitoring; Soil Vapor Extraction; Stabilization/Solidification; Bio-Venting; Carbon Absorption; Ordnance Removal And Support; Reactive Walls, and Containment, Monitoring and/or Reduction of Hazardous Waste Sites.  *NOTE: This effort does not include nuclear or radioactive waste.
